The Greater Birmingham Chapter of ASTD takes the privacy of your personal information very seriously and will use your information only in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Statement. We occasionally sell mailing addresses of members strictly for training related purposes. Selling members’ addresses is a decision made on a case-by-case basis and must be presented to and approved by the board. We will not sell or rent non-members’ personally identifiable information to third parties. With the exception of mailing addresses, we will not sell or rent members’ personally identifiable information.

Please note that your personal information will be stored and processed on our computers in the United States. We will hold and transmit your personal information in a safe, confidential and secure environment. If you object to your personal information being transferred or used as described in this Privacy Policy, please do not register for any chapter services.

Founded in 1954, The Greater Birmingham Chapter of ASTD (American Society for Training and Development) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization with approximately 150 members. The Greater Birmingham Chapter of ASTD is guided by a volunteer Board of Directors drawn from the general membership. The Greater Birmingham Chapter of ASTD is dedicated to enhancing workplace learning and performance for its members and their affiliated organizations.
