Refund, Cancellation, and Delivery PoliciesRefund/Cancellation policy: No refunds will be provided for membership or lunch fees. For workshops, a full refund will be provided with a 5 day cancellation notice. A service charge of $2 will be incurred for any refund. Delivery method and timing of our service: Your membership will be activated within 10 business days of completing your new member transaction. At that time you will have access to the full benefits of membership in the Greater Birmingham Chapter of ASTD. Services are rendered on the stated date of our monthly meetings or workshop dates, and through our website at www.BirminghamASTD.org. |
Founded in 1954, The Greater Birmingham Chapter of ASTD (American Society for Training and Development) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization with approximately 150 members. The Greater Birmingham Chapter of ASTD is guided by a volunteer Board of Directors drawn from the general membership. The Greater Birmingham Chapter of ASTD is dedicated to enhancing workplace learning and performance for its members and their affiliated organizations.
