Mike Laus, Ph.D.
 BIO: Michael D. Laus, Ph.D. is President of The MDL Consulting Group, an organizational development firm, which is dedicated to helping systems prosper by boldly meeting the challenges of change. Dr. Laus is a respected consultant, coach, facilitator, administrator, and author of innovative training materials. He has a unique combination of strong academic credentials coupled with 30 years of practical experience.
Mike has shared his talent and experience with many diverse organizations as an independent consultant. He has made an impact by working as a partner with leaders to install creative and meaningful processes to improve the customer service culture in their organizations. He has custom designed and implemented his well respected Leadership Development Institute with rave reviews.
Mike's experience has included serving as Director of Organizational Development and Education at The DCH Health System, a four hospital, 4400 employee system serving Western Alabama; and as Director of the Center for Health Services Continuing Education at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Dr. Laus holds a Ph.D. from the University of Pittsburgh.
